The facilities are brand new, the bed extra comfortable, the rooms are quite nice and the hygiene is on high level. The whole property is really beautiful as seen on the photos.
The road and surrounding of the hotel is not what we expected. The road is bumpy with large holes. The employees are nice, but leaving tip even for paid breakfast every morning (and the breakfast is not cheap for what they offer) is not worth it. Plus an extra charge is required for aerobic/spinning classes and the spa.

i travel about 50% of the time - this facility is the perhaps the best value I've had in the last 3 years. the stay was absolutely perfect - even came back and stayed the night before flying out of CUN -
so new, hard to get to. Other Mayan Riviera hotels will have trouble measuring up to the standard these guys put in place.

We had a penthouse , it was just amazing , the pool was in front of the sunset , the beds are super confy , the flat ridiculously big and had all the amenities

Lovely friendly hotel in a good location near to town.
Super friendly staff. Free shuttle to lovely beach resort. Nice pool.
Property could use some maintenance. The sink faucet was very loose and the shower head also, which we tightened ourselves. Pool area could use more loungers.
