The facilities are brand new, the bed extra comfortable, the rooms are quite nice and the hygiene is on high level. The whole property is really beautiful as seen on the photos.

The road and surrounding of the hotel is not what we expected. The road is bumpy with large holes. The employees are nice, but leaving tip even for paid breakfast every morning (and the breakfast is not cheap for what they offer) is not worth it. Plus an extra charge is required for aerobic/spinning classes and the spa.

i travel about 50% of the time - this facility is the perhaps the best value I've had in the last 3 years. the stay was absolutely perfect - even came back and stayed the night before flying out of CUN -

so new, hard to get to. Other Mayan Riviera hotels will have trouble measuring up to the standard these guys put in place.

We had a penthouse , it was just amazing , the pool was in front of the sunset , the beds are super confy , the flat ridiculously big and had all the amenities

Lovely friendly hotel in a good location near to town.

Super friendly staff. Free shuttle to lovely beach resort. Nice pool.

Property could use some maintenance. The sink faucet was very loose and the shower head also, which we tightened ourselves. Pool area could use more loungers.

We had a very nice suite with a big shower and comfortable bed. The staff is friendly and the pool area very nice. The beach club was beautiful.

It was a bit difficult to find and far away from the beach but the hotel offers free shuttle service 3 times a day.

Save Yourself The Trouble. Stay Elsewhere!

When we arrived they charged us an additional $400 because they said we didn’t specify that there would be four people, even though I have an email exchange with the staff several weeks before our arrival confirming 4 guests. They claim this additional charge was for the amenities offered, none of which we used, which were all an additional cost anyway. Then when we got to our penthouse the air conditioner in the master bedroom didn’t work, the water heater didn’t work and was never repaired during our stay despite us mentioning it to the front desk multiple times, and there was a large insect nest outside of one of the bedroom’s balcony doors which was also never removed despite us mentioning it multiple times, so we couldn’t open the balcony doors without getting attacked by flying, stinging insects.

very nice hotel with good size, ultra clean room and bathroom. It is located at the end of the city, in a in-building area. Having a car is recommended. Pools are nice and very clean. Staff nice and helping.

Bikes are for free but not in very good condition. Ok although to go gran something to eat in town but no more. No fountain water, they give you 2 small bottle a day that is lot of plastic and a bit a shame for an “eco” hotel

Beautiful rooms, very clean and nicely decorated.

Beautiful rooms, very clean and nicely decorated. Pool area also lovely, very quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful with booking taxis and excursions. We used the shuttle to the beach club twice which was handy

The location isn’t perfect yet - a lot of construction going on in the area so the roads aren’t great, would imagine this would be solved in a year or two.

Great place to stay

The room was very spacious and super clean. Luxury design, super comfy and big bed. I would say it's great value for money compared to all else we've seen in Tulum. Brand new which is v nice too. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The TV did not work at all, it was not set up/no channels. Otherwise everything else was great. The location is not the best if you want to be close to the beach or the centre. We had a car so it was fine but for those without one, bear that in mind.

Staff were fantastic. Attentive, helpful and friendly. My Spanish isn't great, so having staff who spoke English was useful. New resort; clean and modern amenities. Fantastic gym if you like to exercise. Good wi fi connection. Pools are lovely and maintained. My room had cooking facilities, so I had a smoothie each day. It's far from the beach but there is a daily shuttle. It's closer to down town and a more authentic experience in my opinion. Apparently more resorts will be built nearby. Can loan free bikes and explore independently which is great! It's a little paradise, I'm sad I had to leave. Highly recommend if you want to unwind.

Bit of a walk to get anywhere. No meals available to purchase at hotel.

The room was lovely. The gym was amazing! The staff were helpful and kind.

The hotel was fantastic. We had a few issues on our first day (the door lock was broken and the water pressure was low) but these were fixed straight away. We found the shower was always cold, we couldn't enjoy a nice shower at this property.

What was the highlight of Central Park Resort Tulum

We stayed in the Penthouse apartment for 2 nights, and its very spacious and modern. It has a large kitchen/lounge area, although we didn't actually cook for ourselves during our stay as we tended to head out into the town for dinner. The apartment seemed very new and well designed.

The hotel seems like it is still not fully built as there was some on going construction and teething problems. We decided to pay extra and stay in the Penthouse apartment, mainly because it was advertised as having a very nice rooftop pool and we were keen to make full use of it. However, when we arrived the pool was full of dead insects. We called reception, who sent up a pool cleaner who got rid of the larger bugs but was unable to clear the smaller ones. When I raised this with the reception, the member of staff stated that as we were near the "jungle" there was nothing they could do about insects flying into the pool. This was not the kind of response I would expect from a hotel advertising themselves as "luxury". We requested that they provide us with a net so we could clean the pool ourselves, as it was simply too full of insects to get into. We are not squeamish, but nobody wants to get into a pool where you can clearly see lots of bugs! They would not provide us with a net and we resorted to using the kitchen sieve to clean the pool ourselves! (I have photos showing sieve after sieve full of little flies which the hotel claimed it could not remove). As you can imagine cleaning a swimming pool with a sieve took a very long time and is not something we would wish to do on our holiday. Other issues include: 1. Toilet in master bedroom wouldn't flush. We called the reception, who sent an employee to fix it, however, by the next day it was broken again. 2. The hotel will not allow you to charge drinks or food to your room from the onsite restaurant/bar, so you constantly have to carry cash or card around with you (this is despite them deducting a holding deposit on your credit card when you arrive). 3. We requested the pool cleaner to come at 9am (the earliest time he arrives to work), however by 10am he had still not arrived and we had to call down and request him again.

Abraham and Angel provided us with a great service and made us feel welcome from the beginning. The pool and juice bar were nice, and the WiFi in the room was terrific. Nice with Netflix in the rooms as well.

The location was too far off. You needed a bike or car to go somewhere.

The hotel is located away from the beach and the main strip, but they do offer a shuttle to the beach and we had a car

This was honestly the best hotel experience I've ever had - and all thanks to the wonderful Sergio and his team, they made our stay truly memorable! The hotel facilities are amazing (you can even book a private cinema) and our penthouse was super spacious, clean and had a lovely private pool! Highly recommend staying here :)

Great staff that would help out with anything we needed like tours, taxis, places to eat, cleaning. The spa was really nice with great massages which was perfect for a rainy day. The rooms are really big and you got everything you would need to cook your own meals.

Location kinda outside of town but taxis are so cheap its not really a problem. Lost power a couple times but it got resolved pretty fast.
